How do you write "Song of Songs 6:3" using the traditional Latin alphabet?

Not sure what you want - we use the Latin alphabet every day. Here are two verses numbered 6:3 (the KJV and later versions differ from the Vulgate) in both English and Latin:

How can two people write the music and lyrics of a song separately?
