i want to start to write songs…i want to fokes on what is important….some thing that will really touch people…i am into all kinds of music….country,pop,hip hop,ect.(except RnB….just never really caught my atintion).plz help…any edvice or tips…also could you tell me how a song is planed out…like how it is writen…if that makes sinces
there isn't really a "right" way to write a song.
some artists write the music, then fill in the words, like the song Yesterday, by the Beatles. The beat of the song was created first, and the words created after. They had a tough time with the chorus, for a while they were stuck with "scrambled eggs" instead of "yesterday."
others write the words, kind of like a poem, then create the music afterwards
it kind of just depends on your style, what works for you.
i would try different things, and just see whats comfortable

Do you play any instruments? Some people find it easy to start with the words, others find it easy to start with the music. Focus on what is in your heart and build around that. Keep a notebook by your bed, you never know when inspiration will hit.

Just think about things that have happened in the past that wasnt so great and write it down on paper.
Then put it in lyrics and make a song out of it.
